I purchased a pair of shoes from this establishment 2 weeks ago to use as work shoes. The shoes fell apart so I took them back. Now I got a pair of walking shoes so they are meant to be able to handle water mud etc. Ideal for me as I'm a plaster. When I took them back the bloke refused to replace or refund me. He said that they not for plastering. I did explain that it had nothing to do with plaster but the lack of glue on the sole but he still refused a refund. Now these shoes apparently are meant for mud and water not dust and water. I will never shop here again. The man was ignorant obnoxious and made up any excuse not to refund me. I have gone back to sports direct to get walking shoes from there as they last 6 month minimum. Baring in mind they not for plastering
