I'm not impressed. I took my 12 year old daughter in today for a pair of school shoes. She has specific requirements, I explained this to the assistant unfortunately their girls range did not fit her requirements. We did try on 2 pairs of shoes that were not suitable. I finally asked to try a pair of boys shoes which fit every requirement. The assistant wasn't really helpful, didn't listen to what I had to say and seemed unhappy to sell me the boys shoes I requested. I am hoping the problems I encounter was just because the shop was really busy.
