First time lovely historic building bags of character
I'm taking children's services far ,experiencing, fabrication, exaggeration putting words down we have not said ,not giving options when we have offered these options ourselves, I'm taking them further ,I will take it as high as I can so it doesn't happen to other families and I really want to be that speaker,they have met there match with me when it comes to my family,its personal on their part now you don't try and split a family when there are options still in place.nI'm hoping to speak up and fir those other families too,nonwounder serious cases get missednD!!!!
What an utter nightmare for any person, let alone one from a foreign country. I caught one member of staff being economical with the truth. I was phoning to speak to the team dealing with sponsoring a family from Ukraine. I have found a family already in the UK thus did not have to register the interest - but I have done it again just in case the first registration disappeared. I would not want to live in Gloucestershire due to that experience.
Bad customer service. Online system for communications down for months with a vague 'Cyber IT problem' description. They suggest contact us by email - what a joke, emailed twice and no reply. The reclycle bins they supply must have been designed by a kid - no thought or practicle use and not fit for purpose.
