I was asked to submit a annual review form by the 6th of February 2018 on January 20th which I did only to be told that I hadn't done so and that my account was suspended and that payment wasn't affected I was sent another letter asking me to do the same even though I had submitted and done so on the 5th of February this affects my housing benefit and now my direct debit today will interfere with my credit score and incurred a late none payment fee of £18 that is a clerical error by the department for work and pensions my miss is pregnant with myalgic encephalomyolitis and other medical conditions they still haven't rectified their error
