Driver was good but customer service is the worst ever. Did not come to pick me till after 20mins eventhough I called twice and was told driver is coming in one minute. Sent a link for payment and I paid successfully only to be told it was a wrong link that they sent two links and that I should use the second link and my first payment will be refunded like how on earth does that work? Stressed me out, made me got to work late and no single apology!
When I booked the taxi I was told it would be about 10 minutes. After 25 minutes I rang again and was told it had just been dispatched. I then received a message showing a taxi had been dispatched, followed immediately by a second message stating a second taxi had been dispatched. One of them arrived about 10 minutes later. The driver was friendly and chatty and got me home quickly. The fare was more than I usually pay and when I told the driver that, he asked what I usually pay. When I told him he accepted that amount.
Very polite, good conversation and made sure I was home safe and sound. Felt very safe and didn’t over charge, unlike others on a Friday night. Would always recommend, thank you.
My wife 'doesn't do computers', but wants me to pass on her appreciation of the service provided by Shipley Central. They take her to hospital appointments and are unfailingly prompt and courteous. We wish more companies had the approach which Shipley Central has to Customers!

Lovely clean taxi and courteous driver. Trip was from hospital after day surgery, so appreciated the careful driving too. Your link to pay by card wasn't working. After trying twice, I just asked the driver to stop at a cashpoint and paid that way instead. Cost a little more than the card payment, but safe, good journey home with a stop for cash, so can accept it was more.
A brilliant service - the cars are clean and fresh smelling, the majority are quiet as they are dual fuel. But it's the drivers that stand out. Very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend Shipley Central.
My family and I had a very good experience. The driver was kind and courteous and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the journey to the hospital and back home. Thank you very much.
Took several phone calls and then I had to walk up the road and direct the taxi to the pick up point, a public space which other taxis found for other people, to pick up my 93 year old mother. Very pleasant staff but a worrying delay.
