Got a AA taxi cab from Shipley wanted to go to work in lower Baildon. Driver drove past my drop off point took me elsewhere. I was alone in the taxi with the male driver. I was frightened and vulnerable travelling at around 7am - 7.30am. Charged me extra demanding the fare on the meter. I will walk in future! AVOID AVOID AVOID, since the management has changed and the driver’s the service has dropped so has the respect I used to be a regular customer not no more
Worst taxi company in west Yorkshire. Do not use. Their service is disgraceful. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Used these for years, been let down too many times this past year .I used these because I trusted these. The taxi drivers are always great but operators are a nightmare .Once they never turned up but didn't bother to tell me, yesterday I rang and the operator just said we're really busy and can't fit you in for an hour then hung up and didn't give me the option to wait which has been done before by them they don't let you speak as I was happy to wait it's like they are busy doing something else

I was stuck in Bingley after train cancellations and bus delays, my phone was low on charge so I decided to just get a taxi. The taxi took me as far as Saltaire and then just dropped me off on the side of the road due to some alleged emergency. Lucky for me it was right outside AA Carz and they saved me. The lovely driver did me a reasonable, fixed price to take me to Leeds and was very amiable. They saved me that day, I was on the verge of tears by the time I got there and just wanted to go home. They helped me do that.
Ordered a taxi never arrived phoned then up only to get attitude of the gangster over the phone I'll never waist my time with this dump again
Reliable taxis, would have given them 5 but the variation in our taxi fare last week was going to and from the same place with a £.1.00 difference!!!
