Vaccination efficient and friendly

Had a lovely experience for my first visit to Shipley Medical today. Saw a lovely nurse called Ana who was amazing. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you Ana!

Very poor service you can't even phone and get through to your dodctors,the line is always engaged.

Staff are brilliant as well as the doctors, I've been going here since the birth of my first child 14 years, sadly more recently it's been more and more difficult to get through to the surgery or book appointments, and to that end myself and my family will be moving to a new surgery.
