Rosie did my hands and feet today, she is so talented her attention to detail is spot on.  I love how she shapes my nails and I’m always blown away with her nail art.  I can trust her completely, which allows me to melt away and relax for a while.  Nothing is too much trouble and I’m always happy with the final finish.  As a swimming instructor it’s heavy duty for my hands and feet and they last so well between visits.  Pedicures are the ultimate pamper package for me, so it’s well worth the extra cost to get one!

Found five star nails on Google as I needed a new nail bar having moved from London to Essex. Would highly recommend they have all the time in the world for you. Have been to a few where they just want you in and out as quick as possible for quantity but this is defo quality over that! Lady was lovely and talkative asking me questions and I had ombré nails which I have to say haven’t seen done like this before and am used to the powder but I love them and they look great! Very reasonable prices I will defo go back

First time getting my nails done, ever. Tried to act cool, I think they knew... The lady did a lovely job, attentive, attention to detail, I went in with a photo, design in mind, the lady did what I asked but mine look better then the photo, I'm very pleased and I'd fully recommend, I'll be going again. The staff are welcoming, understanding & do what you ask, they have a great sense of humor too! And the prices are very fair,.. Cash though no card! No problem!! XO

the people are amazing and polite, if you want a convo during your nails theyll talk to you. the prices are reasonable. very happy with my nails defo recommended, first time going here and had the best experience.

I asked a month in advance, with photos, of the nail design I wanted. They said they do similar. I got booked in. Waited 15 minutes after my appointment slot just to be told they don’t do anything like that and offered an alternative which was nothing like I asked for. Wasted my time. These were nails I had planned for a special trip and I had faith they could do it. But totally let me down.  Edit. I didn’t doubt that you weren’t a good salon. That’s why I chose you. But you should have told me this wasn’t possible rather than let me waste time coming to your salon to be told you can’t do it at all. You missed the point of my review
