Absolute disgrace and unprofessional to say the least. I was made to believe that you were going to contact me at some point this week regarding an admin error from one of your staff. This error is causing extreme distress to myself and my family as it is preventing the inscription and refix of my mother and fathers headstone. I cannot believe the customer service I have received lately from your company. And the total disregard for your customers feeling's. After spending over £5000 pound on a funeral I can't command common decency and a resolution to an error caused by your company admin, not me. Its disgraceful that you can't even contact me after I was told you would. Just goes to show how coop funeralcare really operate. And the after care you receive. Shame on you all. Your review system and all social media avenues at my disposal will be used to vent my upset and mental health issues caused by your unwillingness to rectify these issues and do the right thing.
