Andrew's company provided myself and my family a service I could never have anticipated. They were highly professional and clearly experts in their field. What struck me most highly was the respectful manner in which they collected and then treated my husbands body. The aftercare was wonderful and the empathy was sincere. Thank you all; particularly Andrew without whose guidance my girls and I would have struggled on every level. I need to arrange a plan for myself so my family can rest easy knowing I will receive the same incredibly sensitive treatment as their Dad. Sally.

We simply can't thank these wonderful people at Andrew Grey Funerals enough for not only the beautiful service they created for our sleeping baby Isaac and the love they gave our son while he was in their care BUT also for the support, strength, help, love and encouraging words they gave to us as a family. Andrew and his team involved everyone in the process of creating the perfect service even allowing our other son's Jack and Luke to be involved and say goodbye to their baby brother.... at 7 and 8 years old they did him proud and that was because of the help Andrew and staff gave them ....a family run business that truly emphasises the family aspect .....we feel truly blessed to call them friends and accept them as our extended family. Andrew, Gillian, Jonny thank you is not a strong enough word to express our thanks for looking after our boy all these weeks while he was in your care and to Auntie Jean Merton the minister that gave Isaac the most beautiful send off service....all the small touches make a big difference to our experience we had yesterday and they make our memories more treasured ....THANK YOU 💙 ALSO not forgetting the wonderful Susan Jackson that is also a member of the staff in the funeral home ......you lady are an inspiration, a giver of comfort, a support, an understanding ear and a great encouragement and a lovely friend 💙 thank you for everything you have done for us these last few weeks xxx You've all gone above and beyond our expectations in a loving family way to give our son a special goodbye all the while ensuring we were coping with our loss and we can't express just how much that has meant 😢 Thank you from the bottom of both our hearts ❤ Ashley and Dave xxxx
