An excellent hospital experience. Nice, two-bed wards, friendly, helpful staff and even the food was way above NHS usual standards. Thoroughly recommended for hip replacements.

Would like to thank all the staff involved in my total hip replacement on Thursday.My treatment was excellent .The staff went out of there way in difficult condition of the snow .Nothing was too much trouble.Would recommend highly to anyone Thank you all

I'm sure the staff at the treatment centre do their best. Yet on three separate occasions now the elderly relative who has received treatment at this centre has been told the only time she can be seen has been at eight o'clock in the morning -despite the fact that she lives 12 miles away. And on two occasions having turned up on time for the appointment the doors to the treatment centre have been closed and she has had to wait for half an hour outside in the cold.

I have always chosen Shepton Mallet as the place i trust and for the excellent care given to all patients. At the moment there seems to be a glitch in the appointment side. Had my appointment cancelled at the last moment, and they have forgotten to send a new appointment. Not Good practice.

Had a colonoscopy today. Was feeling a bit apprehensive as had decided not to have sedation. Staff were brilliant made me feel so relaxed I had an issue with pain whilst the camera went round a bend they dealt with it really quickly and we carried on to laugh and joke whilst the procedure continued. Would recomend this place
