Bit shambolic, the worst of it being the lack of proper massage tables with holes for the face in the 'double' room for couples - just a bench, you are face down with your nose getting squished, either that or twist your neck sideways - bit dangerous I'd have thought on a deep tissue massage. 

Also thought the facilities (the hot tub - which is outside - and the larger but cooler inside pool) were bit cramped for the number of people they have on a weekend (in early Feb!), wasn't too bad on the Friday but Saturday was mobbed. The Spa wasn't as bad as the hotel itself though.
