I recently needed to use a taxis service as my car was off the road. After being let down by another taxis service I thought I'd try Sheppey Taxis. I found them to be realiable & helpful. They never let me down. In the second week of using them the operator in the call centre heard my voice and knew all my requirements. Really great service all round. I would give them 10 out of 10 Thanks Trev

the woman on control pav or something very ABRUPT-RUDE,she talks to drivers same way she spoke to me,all because I rang up price of fare from sheerness to eastchurch. does this rude abrupt female know that since 2006 bullying in work places is now illegal.VERBAL ABUSE is part of bullying ban. I asked why she doesn't she tell drivers where they are taking customers too. her comments were MY COMPANY MY RULES(actually she just works there,sleeps with the boss Kenny). manners cost nothing she needs to get some manners. sheppey taxis was recommended to me by my older sister as my younger sister uses them. the drivers are polite,friendly they get 5 stars SHE SHOULD GET 0 but they only do I star???? maybe that controller could learn from these drivers ,she had cheek to speak to driver about me and wasn't happy I rang her oh my god shes so rude she needs sacking?reporting to 10 downing street companies get fined for bullying in work places.manners cost nothing please and thank go along way.
