Really helpful service. We always use them when we need cars from Queenborough station. The office is always helpful when booking cars in advance, and their texts and emails are always useful. We needed to change a taxi at short notice due to someone missing a train and they were able to change the booking to help. Very competitive prices as well. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Drivers awesome. As long as signal for mobile phone app...great experience. No signal you risk knowing your car is outside and they drive away before you know. I have stopped using them due to customer telephone service and rudeness over telephone. Don't appreciate being shouted at, or complaint left in resolved. Remember folks other companies take card payments in car.
