Disgusting service have now changed pharmacy

This pharmacy is just so good and keeps getting better. The staff are very friendly and helpful plus there's normally at least 2 pharmacist's so you know there advice is normally spot-on, 2 pharmacists can't be wrong ehh !! There's always a bargain to be bagged aswell as they have a good range of toiletries plus lovely jewellery.

Long long wait,had to go three times to pick up prescription

Great people but awful call handling. It can take over an hour for a call to get through.

Absolutely disgusting,  waiting for almost 10 minutes before a member of staff served me. There is plenty of them, at least one of them could lift up they head and say, someone will be with you now. Realistically as soon as the door is open and, even if the counter girl is busy, another member of staff should come forward or at least acknowledge customers..waiting outside for ages is an absolute nightmare,  only letting 4 people into the pharmacy. Its bigger enough to have more people in there, Other places manage! These are the main keys the business lacks on. This should be looked into!
