A lovely place to stop by for a coffee, tea, and bite to eat or dessert. Nice variety of menu options. Dessert choices are excellent! Has a small resale and gift shop within tea room. I bought some locally made lemon curd. Beware, you have to go up fairly steep steps to get to the tea room.

A fantastic, warm and friendly tea room with a great menu, offering well cooked home made food. Really lovely gardens to eat outside when the weather is kind, and a quirky, interesting gift shop too. We'll worth a drive out to Lealholm just to go here!

Lovely spot for lunch - even better that we could sit in the garden by the river. My husband pronounced the meat and potato pie delicious whilst my smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich was served on gf bread with a few crisps and salad garnish. All very tasty - a good collection of crafts and other items to browse and purchase too 😁

Very good. Really excellent food, we had delicious bacon sandwich and home baking. Fair price too and friendly service. Nice outdoor area on a warm day.

Lovely tea room with very friendly service. Tea room itself is up some steps, but has a nice tea garden to sit outside in the summer. Also has its own car park which is a bonus again in summer when it can be hard to find somewhere to park.
