Moved across from a surgery in Welwyn Garden City that I have been registered with for 39 years.nI have had to use this surgery twice in the last few weeks and both times have been brilliant. Found it easy to get an appointment and was provided an emergency appointment. Receptionists are so polite and helpful. Doctors I have seen are great. Would highly recommend
I've been registered at this practice for years, myself and my children I've been meaning to write this for a while now. They've always answered our requests promptly, the doctors don't make a fuzz about anything and the staff are always willing to help in whichever way they can. Sometimes things fall through the cracks, but they pick them up again - if anything, a reflection of a health system stretched to its limits. I feel very supported and confident that they'll always do their best to accomodate and help us out. Thank you!
Great Doctors and nursing staff. Only issue is getting an appointment when you need one. Asking for an appointment in person or by phone is near on impossible. With the additional housing being built in the area this will only get worst.
The worst health centre ever can never get through with a phone call and only get a phone call appointment through the Internet and that was for a chest and breathing check for copd
I'm really impressed by how proactive the practice is with keeping my medication up to date. They sent me a reminder to book a medication review a month in advance which I haven't had with GP surgeries in the past. Booking appointments is so much easier than it was with my previous GPsnnI also really appreciate how kind and helpful the reception staff are!
