After phoning 2 locksmiths quoting me the same amount of £75, I thought that was the going rate only to find out the following day that A&Y Locksmiths in Borehamwood would have charged me £45! At the time of my call I was told they would be able to help me within 20min (I live in Shenley) but I waited for 90 min and was still charged the full amout for a service that took them less than 2 min. It did not help that I invited guests and we were all waiting for more than an hour. I could've made other arrangements if I knew it would take that long. I feel let down and that for £30 more.
