We needed all our locks changing and Kevin was excellent and making this simple for us. Breaking down our options to choose what we'd like. Once we had chosen he came and fitted them promptly and with minimum inconvenience. He is thoroughly professional and i'd have no hesitation to refer him to anyone. Thank you Kevin

Highly recommended. We arrived home to find that our back door would not open. We had Fort Locks out the next day to sort it. It required a new part which Kevin was happy to travel to St Albans to get then and there, meaning we had it fixed within the hour. Would definitely use again!

Excellent service and a really great guy to deal with. My family and I returned home from a long weekend to discover we had lost the door keys. Kevin was with us within 20 minutes and had the door opened and locks replaced with amazing speed and zero damage to the door. Given that it was a Sunday night I was surprised at how good value their service was and the fact that he saved me an ear full from the wife and kids I would say it was priceless!

We had a nasty surprise when we came home from a day out, we came back to find that someone had tried to force our back door & destroyed the lock. I called Fort Locks & Kevin was at our property with in 25 minutes with all the tools & equipment needed to make our property safe again. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable & even took a look at the rest of the doors & windows in our property & gave us some very good advise as to how we could make improvements. Over all my wife & I were very impressed & would thoroughly recommend Fort Locks to anyone in need of a good reliable locksmith. Outstandingly great service. Thanks kevin.
