Just collected a takeaway polite staff who took the order told it would be up to 10 min 2 large sofas to sit on in the front a little drafty and cold no menu or prices on the wall it was a good job I knew what we wanted food took less than 10 min which was good mixed starer was ok not very warm hardly any seaweed and very dried ribs the other fried items were ok mains was sweet and sour lots of chicken balls in a sauce hardly any veg I wish I had taken photos of both to show but didn't think at the time 1st time in a while we have been here but won't be rushing Back and it was nearly £20 not good value for what we had
Worst Chinese we have ever had, noodle were boiled and flavourless. Salt and pepper chips were soggy, cold and was literally pepper seasoning. Never again, this used to be a good Chinese.

Absolutely disgusting. The chicken fried rice came burnt since when was chicken dark brown? The seaweed was vile. The Thai green curry was disgusting. I honestly would not recommend.
The food was very good it give us a full tummy and our bum bums were very happy because it was too spicy we ate so much we nearly exploded it was that great I want to get it shovel into my mouth bits at a time
I ordered salt and pepper ribs, barbecued spare ribs and chicken chow mein from here Prawn crackers not included. The salt and pepper ribs were super dry and looked like they'd been prepared many hours before the evening or had been frozen. The barbecued ribs were average but the Chicken Chow mein was absolutely disgusting, to the point the dog refused to eat it. It's tasted like it was packed with suga which is not what I was expecting. This was clearly a case of quality of food being compromised due to the demand. It was extremely poor and didn't even have the option to provide a plastic fork. One word it was appalling.
Extremely salty, on the plus side plenty meat although special fried rice is a let down ... wheres the meat in that??? I had tiny dots of meat not even pork but ham ... would like to see plenty chicken and pork chunks. Very high priced must be all the salt lol on the whole food is fresh and hot its a nice meal probably one of the best in area.
Ordered Saturday 23 May. Meal was way overcooked. Salt and pepper chicken was dark brown and way too salty with them beef and tomato way below par. The sauce was also very dark with a sweet tasting element to it used to cover up the bitterness of burning. The beef was also burned with dark areas on every piece. Come on shengs you can and must do better regardless of his busy you are. Tried to call back to complain but phone constantly engaged after 60+ callback. £ 15 in the bin. One star on this occasion is generous.
Awful, not been for about a year. I've never seen so much pepper on food in my life. It was ground pepper and my mouth honestly felt like a cement mixer. Singapore noodles and Salt and pepper chips were awful far too much pepper, was honestly like sand. The ribs were very average, tough in my opinion. Salt and pepper chicken was about the only thing that was ok. Massively gone downhill, really poor
I love this restaurant, I normally order either sweet n sour chicken, chicken curry or special fried rice and can honestly say my meals have been great every time. I did have one problem once but as soon as i phoned to explain, they did not mess around, simply brought me a replacement. You can't argue with that service. Mac#
