Really poor customer service, we ordered food on collection! When we were about to check what was given in the packet, we were told ..oh its all in there.. Took their word and traveled back home. When open the packet realized one of main item(Chicken doner) was missing. Called them and they insisted that they had put it in and cannot do anything about it. Cheats! if you really want to eat from there then don't trust them, order and confirm before you leave. BTW two more things their food(Whatever rest we did get) was dry and burnt!. They charge for sauce if you want it on the side(even if you don't get it on top of kebabs). if you see them cooking you will not go there again. They may have decent hygiene rating but food and experience is pathetic.

DO NOT EAT HERE! BIG LONG BLONDE HAIR found in KEBAB, called shop to be told they would send a new one ( in a stroppy manner) so I said I was calling because I thought I’d make them aware but he was extremely rude and agreesive so much so that he put the phone down on me because I said I didn’t want another kebab, I then called back and asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager ( in a different voice .... he tried anyway ) it was him again, I new he wasn’t the manager and I new I was talking to the same man, I told him he was a liar and that I wanted to speak to the manager, he spoke lots and frankly I couldn’t understand what he was saying as he was talking over me constantly and would not let me get a word in, I told him that the way he was treating me as a customer that was merely letting them know that they have “ hairy “ food was wrong but he was shouting lots so much so that my partner over heard me saying “ let me talk “ and took the phone off me to said that we would be making a complaint for not only the hair but now because the man was extremely rude and aggressive! And that we were terminating the call on him, it was rude, unexpectable and will not be returning to them. Blonde long hair in the kebab put us both off our food ( knowning we are both dark haired ) yuk yuk yuk ! Good luck if you decide to eat there ! Rant over lol

What stupid story people say , I still got best food , something wrong here , I am buying my food from this Kebab shop since day one never got wrong portions are big ,recommending to all

Foods OK very expensive and have to pay for sauce on a kabab would go elsewhere
