When is a drive through not a drive through. When you have to go back into the restaurant to fetch the fries they didn't give you. Then be told I wasn't charged for them (without even looking at the receipt) Thankfully the manager stepped in and gave us extra fries, which we waited for to be cooked. So by the rimmed be got home the new fries were hot but the rest of the food was cold. And its more expensive than Mcdonalds.

Offers via app are confusing for staff, leading to unhappy customer experience. Store managers need to be trained on handling customer enquiries and issues. Complaint procedure appears to be nonexistent

So disappointed that the Big King only comes as an XL! Definitely not worth the price! It's not that much bigger than the original and that's also without large chips and drink. I won't be eating there again.

Staff were sullen..only me and another customer and they got orders wrong! I checked my order and they forgot my fries! There wasn't any rush so how they could get it wrong. And pathetic apology!

Staff are great food comes quickly and the drinks are bottomless... what more could you ask for.
