Big clean forecourt. shop was Asda very clean guy behind the counter was amazing
I generally use this garage more than most. Starbucks machine for my coffee and with shell card reduction is cheaper than any Costa. Staff for me are always pleasant and helpful. Never had an issue with fuel , can get busy at times which delays you getting onto the court - there's drivers then there's- well you know the other lot who cause the mayhem
Horrible customer service. The cashier Luke is super unhelpful. My money got taken by the vacuum service which didn’t work and Luke refused to help or give my money back. I was told I have to go in at 6am just to get some compensation then he went on to tell me that his manager goes abroad so the only time for me to get my refund is at 6 in the morning. DONT use their vacuum car service
Avoid this petrol station at all costs involved in a car accident when turning into station, manager unable to give cctv unless police collect it plus to add insult to injury he's highway expert stating that when turning into petrol station there are two lanes of traffic. One thing I learn is to never use this establishment again, I am getting legal involved now to get matter resolved ps the prices are high even when compared to London for shell vpower will never use again. Avoid at all cost.
95 E10 petrol is of very poor quality, the fuel is broken and the car is faulty! after refueling!!!
