Never had a problem parking and never had to queue here. Maybe I'm lucky? Codsall and Chapel ash branches are much much worse.

Third class service here. A mixed race girl acted as racist. Avoiding asian people in que. Ignorant stupid and slow aswell. They don't care if someone is there. There is no minus for scoring hence chose one.

Very clean, nice, open plan.
Lovely staff, can be quite a wait as in all banks when there are 5 people waiting and only one window open.
On the other hand, some people take absolutely forever to do the most simplest of things.

Absolutely useless untrained people work in this branch, NO POINT TO KEEP IT OPEN. Every time have had to go Wolv to solve things
