My mother recently used this petrol station as she lives in the local Ponteland area. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon and she was the only customer in the place, whilst there was two staff members messing around behind the desk presumably bored during a quiet shift. My mother was unable to find several items ordinary items such as milk and the correct newspaper etc. and was left to wander round the store looking for these items by herself. When she did ask the staff for help to find the milk, they laughed at her and told her "why don't we ask google?". To which my mother burst into tears after what had already been a hard and stressful day. I don't believe it to be a particularly hard task to ask the staff here to be polite to customers but apparently it is. Very rude staff that apparently like to leave people feeling hurt and humiliated. Would give this minus star reviews if I could. I think management need to have a word to staff about common courtesy

£2 for a cup of tea that looks like dirty dish water and just as disgusting. How can you get it so wrong it's not difficult I won't ever return Stay well clear people

Easy access from main road, large fueling area facilities large enough for a 44 ton truck too , toilet and wash area, Costa subway and deli available with convenience store shopping also available very nice shell station

Got to say they are the most disgusting gents toilets in Newcastle. The urinals have been leaking for months sometimes they remember to but a bucket under then that doesn't help with the smell
