The shop and forecourt was remodelled late 2017 and is a Budgen store - again. The range of goods is much greater than as a Shell supplied shop. It still has Costa coffee and some hot food. I suspect more for trades and delivery people working in the area.  I visit more often now than before but as I pass a Sainsburys on my way to and from my Gym, not so often. The prices are convenience store prices. It is an asset to the area.

Good petrol station,  slightly higher priced fuel

If you've been to one Shell, you've been to them all.  What more can you say about a petrol station. It has got a little store inside to pick up bits and pieces.
