Don't buy fuel here, far too expensive. Yes I know the price varies, but this is without doubt the most expensive fuel I've found in England apart from the motorway services.
Sadly I no longer use this petrol station as it is so expensive. A couple of pence would be bearable but when petrol is at least 10p cheaper elsewhere, it is worth the trip to go there.
Centrally located fuel station with car wash and air line. The exit for the car wash takes you to where people are using the air line, which can cause frustration.nThe staff are operating a Covid friendly one way system and you are normally served quickly.
Last night, 25th November, in making my way back to the M25 from Edenbridge, I took a wrong turning off the A25 and found myself in unfamiliar territory - Oxted as it turned out. I stopped at this Shell garage to ask directions. The till operator on duty patiently and courteously explained to me how to reach the M25, repeating the directions slowly and clearly, three times, until they had sunk in. These directions unerringly brought me back to the M25 and home. I think the staff at this filling station are a real credit to Shell.
