I’m a regular customer with shell,but today when I was in Shell for having a Costa coffee was disappointing due to poor customer service and unacceptable behavior from one of staff JOANNE with short hair. I felt discriminated against based on my race, which made the interaction even more unpleasant.
The members of staff that was in today wasn’t very happy and made me feel very unwelcome only came in to get fuel as the petrol station up the road didn’t have any fuel again and this petrol station was the only one that had fuel so again wasn’t very satisfied with the service I think her name was Joanne
Fabulous service and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
“Open 24 hours” that would be cool if it actually was still 24/7, the last 2 times I’ve came here it’s been the same thing, lights are all off apart from the fridge lights, register is removed, oh but the lights are on in the back, I’ve waited over an hour for whoever’s back there to come out one time and got nothing, like is it 24/7 or isn’t it? I wouldn’t be annoyed if it wasn’t listed as such, but it is. either remove the 24/7 on maps and literally everywhere else or actually be open 24/7, I shouldn’t have to be playing a guessing game every time I visit later than 11pm
Thanks to the young blonde lady early Saturday morning on June 22nd for helping with directions and saving us time on traffic. She was very helpful.
