I am only writing this review to highlight that this Shell service station has THE BEST customer toilet I have ever come across at any Shell location in the UK. It was clean, well laid out and featured quality fittings including a Dyson Air Blade hand dryer! Nothing much to say about the rest as it was all that you'd come to expect from Shell over the years.

Nobody has answered the phone in 2 hours of trying. I need to know how low is the forecourt canopy

Customer loyalty scheme just not worth it. Better to buy fuel from the cheeper supermarkets.
