Friendly, lovely and helpful staff, l always use the garage because of this. Prices are competitive too. Great pick up point for deliveries of parcels. It can be really busy,, but if you pick your times, you can be in and out quickly enough.
Staff need educated that Scottish and Irish sterling is legal tender in the United Kingdom.
Refuses to take scottish banknotes which is very unsettling.
The price of fuel here is marginally cheaper than Hexham but the layout of the pumps is woeful and the folk queuing to use the place are often sitting on the main road, causing mayhem. Would have been better to install fewer pumps and more 'pay at pump' options
Very busy garage with not much room so customers often back on to main road. The assistant on the day that I visited was clearly having a bad day.
