I have been using this garage for years until I went in a few weeks ago to pay for my petrol and was asked why I was not wearing a mask, I explained that I was exempt and showed my NHS exemption card only to be told that there were no exceptions and that I couldn't go inside again and had to pay outside through the hatch. This is disability discrimination I complained to their head and was met with silence! I will never return!
Friendly staff and very clean station. Small selection of food and drink available. Car wash produces very clean cars. Station also has attendant service during the day. You can also pay from your car using the Shell app
Not very impressed that they only take cards...the face covering in the shop I can understand....but I should be free to choose the method of payment not have it dictated to me ...will start using again when cash payments return
Total rip off petrol prices. 121.9 compared to 102.9 at Morrisons. Save yourself some money and fill up elsewhere this station is always overpriced
Waited for attendant to start the pump. 8 minutes later I was still waiting. Couldn’t get into the shop, so went elsewhere.
