Retail staff ignored me for a minute and then shouted in the broadcast 3 times, as I didn't catch what he wanted me to do. I asked my daughter back in the car after his shouting. I did also check the sign at the pump before I went into the shop to pay for the fuel, which has no sign at the Station to show under 16 is not allowed to be present at the pump. So I told him that there is no sign showing under 16 is not allowed to be present and I never had any issue with my daughter around me. But he told me "Child is not allowed to be around at pump. Every day is school day!" (Can SHELL explain what School Day means?). I said "I do not believe it, it is just what you think", he responded with "What did you say?!" At the time, he made me really unhappy, but I had to stop arguing with him, as I felt he was going to attack me if I dare to say any more. It is ridiculous as people don't feel unsafe fueling at pump, but feeling unsafe as worrying to be attacked by SHELL's retail staff. There is ASDA fuel station just next to my home, but I drive 3 miles further and paying 15p extra to fuel at SHELL. Why have I been doing that for years? I do that because SHELL's good reputation and services. But the shocking retail staff at Leith completely ruin my impression about SHELL. I know he is just one of really bad retail staff at SHELL, but he represents SHELL and the brand when working at SHELL. I just went to SHELL to fuel up, it should be pleasant, or if not at least treated fairly, otherwise I'd better fuel else where

Fuel usually a couple of pence more expensive than the supermarkets. A pain to exit if you are turning right, towards salamander street

This place sells petrol and diesel. You can wash your car here too and fill your tyres with air. Amazing you can find all these things in one location. If you're peckish the also have a variety of overpriced sandwiches.

Provides everything from car wash to water and air pump. Convenience store is useful
