Just been and it's hardly worth £32 for what I got. Supposed to be a mini valet. Still fluff and hair on the seats and insides of the doors, the glove compartment wasn't even touched. The only thing they seem to have done nicely is polish the dashboard and spray a lot of air freshener. I even said to them that they didn't need to touch the boot because it was full of my stuff. They had one job, they failed. Disappointed.

hi every one a sent hear to buy a car last night and ended up getting robbed out if a 100 pound a got the key for the car a was viewing and when and when a was viewing the man a got the keys from stead in his office bit and the a van came driving up to leave the place with two white people with black hair and had a little bit weight about them anyway that ask if a liked the car and what a was think and a was happy enoghe with the car a ask if he would take 600 and he said yes so a handed him it and he counted it and then he gave it back said he had to go get v5 but so he went away and never come back so a counted it and it was only 500 so he left with 100 and then a went and see the mean in the office and he said he doesn't know him or that and when a phone the police he left as well and still wait to hear it they can catch him or no

Most of the time the attended car wash is fine. But when I went and paid for the the Pro Shield it never put any soap or wax out. Fair enough, these things happen. So I went back round to tell the guy it never worked and that I'd like £7 back (paid a tenner and only got the initial scrub by the lad and went through the wash for a rinse so it should've been £2.70) and the guy was arguing for ages with me. He took out a huge wad of cash and eventually gave me a fiver but he couldn't give me the extra £2 because it was coming out of his pocket etc etc. I eventually got it after about ten minutes arguing. Thing is, I only knew the machine hadn't worked because I'd been so many times before - could of easily not noticed and wasted the money. Just make sure it's all working properly when you go! And the owner needs to work on his PR skills, if your customers pay for something they don't get - don't argue the toss with them.
