I have been impressed for many years by the polite and welcoming staff at the Shell garages at Shell, Grove Rd, Woodbridge IP12 4LQ, UK It makes so much difference. Someone has nailed the customer service experience but the staff politeness seems very natural. Some garages I just keep going as they have terrible customer.

Very friendly. Great food and coffee!

LPG pump was being difficult, their tech guy spent a good 15 minutes getting it working. All the staff very friendly and helpful.
