On multiple occasions, I have noticed that after releasing the pump handle and returning the nozzle to its holder, the displayed amount continues to increase by 1p. I have personally observed a £30.00 fuel purchase increase to £30.01 after I had stopped dispensing fuel and returned the pump.nnAs this appears to occur consistently across the pumps I have used, I am concerned that this issue may be affecting all customers. While 1p may seem insignificant on an individual transaction, if this is happening repeatedly throughout the day, it could result in a substantial cumulative amount being charged.nnWith fuel prices already being high, it is frustrating to encounter what appears to be a calibration or equipment issue. As this is my nearest fuel station, I rely on using your facilities regularly, which makes the situation even more disappointing.nnI would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and confirm whether the pumps have been inspected and calibrated correctly.
Collected a to good to go bag. This is my 14th to good to go bag but my 1st at this garage. The approx 25 year old blonde bespeckled male operative was frosty and sarcastic. The items were apparently original price £12 and I had to pay £4. The collection was 7pm i recieved bbe the end of the day 180g cheese, 1 pizza and 1 pint of milk. I returned and asked to speak to the team manager as he was available and he would not budge that this is policy. He would not refund me. He said he couldn't, I said its possible to give me my money back he was just unwilling due to rules. I had already spent £50 on petrol and 4 pints of milk. The operative knew i had already got milk. I asked the team manager if he would be happy with this and he said well he wouldn't use to good to go anyway as its not fresh. I said these items would be going in the skip tonight. For context; I have bought to good to go bags from Asda, Costa, pizza express, auntie Annie's, morrisons and each time the bag cost between £2.50 and £4.50 and contained £25 worth of stock with bbe of a few days. The vibe of the staff in other stores for other to good to go bags has been so friendly and so generous. The feeling I got from the shell employees is that they think I am a cheap chav who deserves waste food. The impression was that they believe they are better than me. And who knows, I don't know their social status, maybe they are, though I would expect respect, decorum and kindness in customer service, it's what all people deserve after all.
Average Diesel prices. Good size forecourt. 2 carwash drive through and hand jetwash .
Very expensive fuel and in store items, tills are never manned, staff are impatient no matter the time of day. Very disappointing
Really kind staff, proactively recommended a brand of fire starters that worked perfectly for our fire pit. Thank you!
