Don’t order anything to be collected from this place. Complete waste of time. Twice now they’ve refused delivery as one wouldn’t take responsibility to sign for it and the second time the parcel was to big golf bag. Staff can’t speak very good English and are so unhelpful. If I could have given this 0 stars I would have.
Please change the amenities. There is no toilet here for customers
I had used the EV charger but I found myself needing the AA because I had brokendown. Found myself needing the toilet but to my amazement there wasn't a customer toilet that I could use. So I thought I would call upon the Shell assistants humanity and ask him if I could use the toilet in the back but point blank was told No! Then I asked him if he knew of a public convenience or possible alternative then I was told he didn't know the area. So just for customer service it's very poor.
A Shop With all Necessary productsnWell Maintained..
Took a double payment form my account. O proved with receipts and app but would not correct without an old fashioned paper statement. Made so difficult when they could see what they had done. Always check your statement or they wont be very helpful. I told them I was going to police- they were not bothered
