Been filling up all of my cars and motorcycles here for years, despite there being a BP station closer to me. But tonight they refused to turn on the pump unless I took off my helmet, shouting something inaudible over the tannoy, so I went inside, but they still refused unless I took off my helmet and buff. The only petrol station in the area where to find high grade petrol, if you are going to Mallory park race track stop here to fill up. They also found my wallet and helped retrieved it. Kelly was awesome and very helpful. I will come back!
Usually a friendly place to buy petrol and shop. Today handed in a parcel for Collect Plus service. Whole process was completed without a smile or a word by a bored grim faced assistant. Parcel casually thrown into a skip. My pause when the receipt was handed to me was a reluctant "Thank you". A need for staff training here I think...............
They are fine but I don't understand why the garage is promoting the Shell Maverick Top Gun competition but , both times when I have bought qualifying fuel, they say they don't have any of the cards with the entry code numbers so you can't take part. Sounds like misleading advertising or am I missing something literally?
I was served by a man named Khalid, he was wonderful and really brightened my day. He had a brilliant attitude, and made me and my partner feel welcomed. He was very friendly and easy to get along with, he continued to smile the whole time. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.
