It's a petrol station . It is well covered, so you ain't getting soaked in the rain. It's clean, well staffed and the "shop" is well stocked for travel snacks and anything else you might need before you go on a long drive.
I realised I lost my driver's license during the day at work and thought I may have lost it when getting petrol the night before. Showed up and asked if a lost driver's licence had been found and the lovely ladies said someone had found one and brought it in which when I looked at it I saw it was mine. Big thank you ladies for keeping it safe and big thank you to the person who found it.
Mercifully separate to the main car park this station has 16 pumps covering the usual petrol, petrol plus and diesel options. No LPG. And it boasts both automated and manual car wash facilities as well as pay per use vacuum and FREE air and water one of the few free ones left around
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that a lot of Sainsbury's own brand products that used to be vegan, have now had "new and improved recipes" that now mean they are no longer vegan. This includes a huge amount of bread. That aside, there's a good fruit and vegetable selection, helpful staff, public toilets, plenty of parking and a café :
1 star. Visited on 2 separate days. A bottle of wine was overcharged at the till and ended in a lengthy discussion.... apparently it was in the wrong place on the shelf... along with about another 20 bottles.. Blueberries advertised advertisers a deal! 200g for £2.00. However all the boxes were 150g, no 200g boxes in store.... Watch the "deals" here.... bordering false advertising
Range is good, but prices change too often. Sainsburys Finest orange juice, isn't, it has too much bitter pith at times. Has too much self service to detriment of not having enough staff for those doing a big shop who need a skilled cashier. I reduce the amount I buy to avoid hassle using self service, which might not be what was intended.
Love it. It's nice to see that the government is controlling humans. All the people who have reached the truth are schizophrenic, pschotic or depressed. It's very fun to watch humans kill them selves : have a great day at sainsburys! Have fun looking at social produce. Ha
FRIENDY Helpful staff especially in the pharmacy brilliant customer service. Great selection of clothes household items and good quality food . I visit most days as it's the nearest shop too where we live.
There's just one or two members of staff who let this petrol station down. Never smile always groaning about there job. Other then that I can get exactly what I need and 80% of the time I get fantastic customers service
One of the nearest petrol stations to my address and mostly the one that I use. There is room at the pumps, things are kept clean and there are always disposable gloves available for filling up with deisel. There are always enough people on the tills so rarely is there a long wait to pay and it is spacious inside the shop, so there is room to move. And of course Sainsburys is attached so ideal to drop in for groceries as well.
