Nice and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. They have a cash machine outside that doesn't charge. I don't ever get fuel but it's handy when you quickly need something.
I went to shell for buying at midnight and was waiting to the window the Shell Farnborough staff at night Bishal was not on the counter.I and one another boy who come to shop was knocking the window but did not answer.Then he came to counter after 15 mints and served with anger.Is this the Shell farnborough customer service?Not recommend to buy any thing ,better is go to next Shell at A325 the staff is very customer oriented and well behave.nNOT AT ALL RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING.
This place is a joke, there rip offs too. There phone number is a waste of time. you put a complaint to them, they rudely dismiss you. its never there fault nor will they give you a contact number to stress your complaints to be compensated, or even to receive a apolagie, there c/wash damaged my car, they don't care
Garage shop is well stocked and had a good pie after a long bicycle ride.
Good shop. Very polite staff. Good sandwich.
