A little background first. I'm your average DIY'er, confident in what I do - who has been promising himself a large shelving/bookcase unit for years. I'll start the process at planning, which I thought could have been made better. The wizard relies on building units 'vertically', I wanted to go 'horizontally' - to make cupboards under shelves. This was a large unit near to 3.5 metres in length, 2 metres tall. Delivery and packaging:- This was superb 10/10. The packaging ensured that everything arrived in pristine condition. There were 15 packages. Assembly:- This again relies on vertical assembly, and then turning each unit to a wall. In my instance this was very difficult, limited space and the need for each unit to be fully secured to the wall made this very awkward. This gets a 6/10. The finished job:- Very clever machining has produced a very neat unit, however - the wood used is a very soft, open grain, pine. I suspect that some of the shelves were machined in the green and have shrunk since, leaving large gaps around the shelves. I've had to fill some of the more visible gaps, and I've also given the whole unit an extra tough varnish. So an 8/10 here. Would I recommend this company, yes I would, with caveats. I'd even like to buy some more units myself as finances allow.

An outstanding product. Looks great, and it fits perfectly; each part of the process has been thought through with care. For once the assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The packing on delivery is also superb. 100% satisfied.

Product is excellent; the design s/w works well and the cost seems reasonable. Delivery was swift and good with a driver who'd bought shelfstore for himself having seen how good it was! I built a five-bay bookcase and another single-bay and was just in awe of the quality and the thought that has gone into the design.

System flexibility is excellent and as furniture it enhances the room. We are pleased with our purchase. Would recommend. Would send a picture but our books and papers are too untidy!

Fabulous! Lovely good quality furniture, easy to assemble, reasonable price, very speedy delivery with a one hour slot so you don't have to wait around all day. And the best customer service I've ever had, by far. Highly recommended! I actually wanted something not quite to specifications so ordered accordingly and the rep phoned me up to make sure that I had everything I needed, then offered an extra baton to strengthen the desk free of charge. Fabulous.
