Absolutely shoddy service. As a potential lettings client who occasionally works from home I was grilled on whether I would be running a business from the lettings address. The focus was too much on apparent 'risk' of me as a tenant because I am a business owner, rather than me as a residential customer. Assurances were given. I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen. Absurd assumptions by lettings staff. Potential landlord scared off. Avoid this agency as too risky (see reviews from previous tenants on risk to their deposits).
