Good range of hardware for small town, though not especially cheap and, the staff generally lack a bit of warmth and friendliness. I also ordered something which was advertised in their local catalogue flyer, the 'offer' was out of stock. They said that they would call me when it came in and I'm still waiting,months later, hence three stars!

I bought quite a lot of paint from this shop in May/June but found as others have said that the staff don't really care for the customer at all. There's an overriding feeling that they're doing you a favour by taking your money. The only shop of its kind in Shipston must make them think that they're the kings around here. Back to B&Q next time, at least you don't have to pay quite so much to see a miserable face there..

Always helpful Staff friendly. Great range in store plus a brilliant catalogue you can order from. Great offers to look out for.

rude attitude over the phone. ZERO customer service. Cant comment on the products or workmanship as they did not want to serve me.
