Absolutely brilliant service from Milners, from help with deciding on fabrics, style and fit. We had new curtains and blinds and they look amazing and the quality is fantastic. We will be requiring new blinds for the rest of the house and will definitely be heading back to Milners. Thank you.
I pop in and out of Milners regularly for sewing bits and pieces and have seen their craft items increasing over the past few years which is so helpful. This morning, Janet surpassed herself with helpfulness! I had some Anchor embroidery threads which I couldn't find replacements for. Janet looked up a conversion chart on google and I managed to find their equivalent from their extensive DMC stock. Thank you so much for taking the trouble to help me. Shop looking gorgeous at the moment with lovely items for autumn/winter.
Fantastic range of in store products, but their interiors service is second to non and far superior to that of any other supplier I've ever used. Uncompromising customer service across the board. An asset to the area.

Having found what seemed like the last remaining handbag in the country that I needed for a Xmas gift, I phoned to check they had it in stock. The team at the shop were friendly, helpful and swift with my queries and offered to send the parcel quicker than normal to ensure I had it before Xmas! I'll admit that I'm normally a dedicated online shopper but this experience reminds you why shops are best! Thanks for saving my Xmas and ending my last minute shopping panic!
I put a jacket with a broken zip into the shop to get fixed. I just got the jacket back. Not only did they fix the zip, it appears they removed some paint on my jacket. My jacket looks as good as new. I am so happy. Thank you.
Excellent service fitting and supplying super quality carpets and bathroom flooring. The whole process was a complete and total success. Highly recommend the staff from start to finish, the product and the service. We would not go anywhere else now we have discovered Milner's furnishings department. We have shopped for garments for years, with a wide variety of very wearable clothes and lovely friendly staff too. We had not realised however, what a gem the furnishings department is upstairs. Prices are comparable and the service tip-top. Thank you Milner's.
Two years,ago,Milners made some curtains for my mother-in-law's house in Reeth.I was so pleased ,that I had no hesitation in asking them to make new ones for my own home. I live 250miles away from Leyburn,so they were having to trust my measurements for the poles and the drop.! The result was extremely successful! The whole team is brilliant- both extremely helpful and flexible.
Brilliant service! A blind spring failed after several years of service. Milners not only fixed the blind - for free - but did this outside of office hours and were charming to boot. Thank you Milners. I highly recommend them.
Brilliant service I ordered a jumper which was out of stock on ‘sea salt’ sown website. It arrived beautifully packed within a day or so. Next time, I will look here first.
