Some Shawlands shops are Lovely, the PDSA shop has the nicest staff, they deal with shop lifters , arrogant people yet put on a professional manner as do a lot of the shops in Shawlands, I come all.the way from another part of the country to shop there as it still has that old , yet nice and busy feel to it.

Went into this shop once.  The smell nearly knocked me out as soon as I walked in.  Something was definitely off, veg/meat/some sort of produce.  Will avoid going back in.

Absolutely fantastic shop with an amazing range of products from around the world. Found a Morrocan spice we were looking for. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, 5 stars all day long.

Halal chicken, meat is available. Shan and national spices are available. Cooking pots , veges and other small items are available

Excellent selection of asian spices. Good prices and friendly staff with in-house butcher. Also a great place to pick up a ready to eat samosa.

Best place for desi food items.

Asian butcher second to none burgers are brilliant chicken and lamb also the price price is good I travel from the East end to shop here

Great range of halal meat, marinated and fresh ready to cook. Also sells halal square sausage, tasty home made burgers spices naan etc. Very helpful, friendly staff.  Best in food shop in town
