Had my hair done at Shapes yesterday and Sandra did an amazing job. Had foils and a much needed trim. So happy with my hair! Thank you.
Awful, would not recommend this place! I was booked in for foils was gowned up then told they wouldn’t work on my hair because my hair is in bad condition infront of everyone in the hairdressers, I have never ever been told that by a hair dresser. I assumed they would offer some sort of different treatment but they never just a no we are not doing your hair today! I am due to go on holiday tomorrow and I haven’t been able to get in any hairdresser to have my hair done as it’s short notice for anywhere. As I walked out the hairdressers were laughing never in my life have I ever experienced or been treated like that.
Terrible haircut I was in there no longer than 10 minutes and I came out looking like a goat had chewed on my hair definitely never be returning to this hair salon you have been prewarned get a haircut at your own risk!!
My barber cancelled on short notice - luckily Sandra came to the rescue and did a great cut.
Went here for the first time today and will be going back again. Brilliant from start to finish. Temp check, track and trace form and face mask on entry and then a lovely relaxed appointment and very reasonably priced too.
Really welcoming vibe, great atmosphere, chilled, and some great hairdressers, I've never been disappointed, coming over 3 years now.
All the staff are fantastic at what they do so helpful and they always style hair exactly as you ask fantastic place you won't be disappointed xxx
