Been here a few times and pretty pleased first two visits. Last time I paid £56 for half head of foils and a cut and finish. My hair now has 3 obvious blocks of colour through its length and 3 dark strips running through which were supposed to be low lights. Worse still, I have a straight layer cut into top layer of my hair on left and back. Its thinned out my long hair, looks at the back like I have bad extensions (I have none) and the layer on the left is uneven and very obvious. I asked for a trim and certainly not for any layers. After having consultations with 2 separate hair salons and I have been told that the best I can do to repair the colour and cut is to have my hair cut into a bob just below my ears. My hair is currently mid length. Gutted!!! Not bothered going back to Adore as don't want them to touch my hair again. They've ruined it. Worse I think they knew it as they gave me a curly blow rather than blew my hair straight as usual. Avoid!!! Agree with other review, not even worth a 1 star. Cost to repair damage £82!

So gutted that I have to even give it one star :-( My good neighbour came hear after being unable to get her hair done for 4 years dew to medical reasons, she was so excited in the thought of getting back to her old self after years of wanting too. So the day finally came when she was told that she could go and get the perm she had been waiting for. As quickly as she could get an apt she came hear and has left so disappointed and wen the family complained she was told that there was nothing wrong with it even though they offered to place rollers bk in it, and lets face it if it needed rollers after a perm then SOMETHING has to be wrong. No refund has been offered and not even a sorry that she's not happy with the mess that she pay'd £50 for. DEFFO keep away if you want a decent look. Staff could also do with training in public relations as they are rude and not at all professional.

Mum had a terrible experience here, she was hoping for a perm and cut (same style she's gotten for years) not only would the hairdresser not give her the cut she asked for but also did not leave her with a perm either... After one wash her hair was more or less straight. When a complaint was made with a request for a partial refund she was refused and rather rudely too. Would not recommend to anyone, obviously are not well trained in all areas of hairdressing
