Building is confusing, main entrance isn’t clear, no parking. First doctor I met was amazing, felt very comfortable with him, he listened, was friendly, chatty and polite. Second doctor was borderline rude in his tone, felt like he was not listening to anything I saying or taking my issues seriously. I felt uncomfortable and feel worse about my problems since the appointment. When people in these situations reach out for help, providing kindness and care should be a priority. I will be reluctant to visit this consultant again, but would be very happy to meet with the first doctor if I need to return.
They let me down on the appointment 3 times and always changing doctors. This hurts me very much and makes me not feel credible
