Xmas eve with the family and we thought a Chinese would be a nice addition how wrong after ordering we were a special chow mein short went in to get these and got the missing order got home we also realised that the portion of chips is missing too. On top of this the pancake rolls should be changed to pancake oil rolls as there absolutely dripping awful.The manager of the takeaway when we called laughed at us and said we should of been the ones to check not how it works unfortunately.
Very mediocre. The sweet and sour chicken was not nice at all, dry chicken and weird tasting sauce. Spring rolls were very oily. Rice and noodles were decent. Lovely service though.
We love this Chinese but do add about 15 mins onto any wait time advised...its worth it Food: 5/5
Been the familly chinese since i was a child, it certainly 'WAS' the best around and always packed. Unfortunately the prices here are now just to expensive for what you actually get. On top of that they have either changed there chef or someone has changed the menu for no good reason as no dish tastes the same, all very bland only half the portions and combined with the pricing its just no longer worth the trip out. Oh and they only take cash which is a nuisance. Its a really big shame but we now have stopped coming here after 30 years .. i have attached photos of there 2018 menu.
Ordered today Christmas Eve and found my order was wrong went back and amended it then when got home they still had left something of I spoke to manager about this like I said they put the pancake roll in two separate bags which I though one was chips she said sorry well we have them hear buy this time I’m home and said we’ll we gave you the other one free well that was there mistake and she was laughing not very good at all really not happy and the rolls were burnt but couldn’t mention this because they didn’t care
This is the best Chinese takeaway in Bletchley. It's the same everytime we order. I've been using this takeaway for 8 years.
Absolute waste of time. Food is average, had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for a COLLECTION. Not impressed. Try find somewhere else.
I usually am cautious with Chinese food as a lot of places I have tried upset my stomach with whatever they use to cook with etc. This place, recommended by my girlfriend, pleasantly surprised me. Clean and tasty food. The Duck was near perfect. Not greasy but still juicy shredded duck. Sure it's very busy peak times because it's a nice place for a take away.
This place is a must for anyone who loves Chinese food. Massive portions and great quality tasting food. Anyone who says otherwise isn't telling the truth! Highly recommended and we'll be back again soon.
Chicken was pre cooked and you could taste it in the curry and the chips weren't chips but more like huge wedges and these had old used pre cooked chips in the bag and again you could taste it. Wasnt impressed at all..
