I'm having the same experience, this company are a shambles. They've obviously got a nice big contract, enforcing fines on small business owners who fail to submit their accounts to Companies House on time even companies which haven't traded or made a profit. But there's no way to pay online, so you have to ring them up. And when you try & call them, to settle the fine, they have nobody to answer the calls.  I waited for THREE hours and 40 minutes, from before 4.45 till well past 8pm.  It kept counting down from 10, then after a really long wait, started telling me I was "Caller No 1 in the queue". But once I'd got to that point,  it slowly became really obvious that the countdown had stopped; I was never going to make caller number '0'.  No expanation, no hang up; just left in a never ending call centre doom loop, like some sort of distopian nightmare!!!! I wouldn't mind so much - but they'll be quick enough to send the bailiffs round, to rob you of all your stuff for non - payment, if you aren't prepared to waste half your life on hold to settle it. And I keep reading about all these offshore entities, who don't list their beneficial owners, so they can potentially avoid tax; but it's fine to crucify single owner companies, who've never turned a profit, but who make a simple mistake & file late. It's criminal that this company is given government contracts & can't deliver a simple customer facing interface that works i.e. more than 1 call handler in the call centre &/ or a proper web based portal for payment. Like most people, I work an 8 hour day - so I've litterally spent more than a third of it, listening to some terrible synth music!!! But that's how this country works - go after the little man with no resources, but make sure you line the pockets of the rich while you are at it. And what's really infuriating, is to be constantly told "Your call is important to us, thank you for holding" - completely insulting, hollow, shallow, meaningless words; if that statement had any integrity whatsoever, you would resource it properly!!!! Awful company. Never answer the phone in the debt collection department. Never respond to the messages you leave on the debt collection department answerphone. Do not respond to emails to their debt collection department. Front desk staff tell you you cannot speak to the debt collection department manager because he’s only reachable on the same number as the rest of the debt collection department staff which always goes to answerphone. Ask to make a complaints and there’s no answer so request the complaints department rings you back and they never do. I am literally stuck and unable to speak to ANYONE at this firm. I’m not even sure there’s anyone there except the receptionist and whoever sends out the erroneous debt recovery letters!

They sent a letter saying I owed money from 2 years ago, which I didn’t, they threatened court proceedings and gave a payment date which was a date before I had actually received the letter. Rang to speak to someone but was added to queue, waited 3 minutes and asked for a call back; non received. I called the next day and waited 10 minutes in the queue and got to position 1 and then just said to leave a message for a call back; non received. Totally unprofessional outfit. Companies with this attitude just cause added anxiety and stress with their couldn’t care less attitude.

Had an email to say i owe them money over  2 years after my house sale. Can see from reviews i am not the only one. Very suspicious - avoid this company!

I JUS RECEIVED LAST  MONTH BILL of Nrly8385 AFTER 10MONTHS NOTHING FR LEGAL AID SINCE CASE IN NOV  2022 USE THESE PEOPLE AND ADD ON 100+ SO I REQUEST BREAKDOWN OF THIS BILL STILL NOT RECEIVED IT YET  CHRIS FROM EDGBASTON BHAM

I tried calling this company after receiving a letter saying I owe a certain company money when I in fact already Been paying it off. I have tried calling many many times with no answer! How is anyone supposed to see what’s happening when you don’t reply to emails or answer calls. Absolutely horrific if I could give 0 stars I would
