They have wonderful customer service and didn't have to wait for long. Me and my siblings love the drinks. Food: 5/5
I am not sure about the others, but the blonde girl at the counter handles money cash and cards with gloved hands. Then used the same gloved hands to make the shakes. She touched the sweets with her cash-dirty gloves. My friend and I were disgusted. If this is the hygiene standards they display on the front I wonder what's going on at the back.
Blonde haired woman at the till needs to learn some customer service skills, gave minimal eye contact, no manners and mumbles Dr. Pepper milkshake, while sounding horrendous, is quite niceFood: 4/5
This has been around for years. Good variety of ingredients but it can cost a lot extra if you want to mix ingredients and don't follow the menu. Get a smaller cup as it is quite sickly. Chocolate and cherry still sadly not a menu item and costs extra to make.
Had a fat free yogurt with Reece's cups, it was amazing!!! The guy serving was lovely and very helpful as it was my first time there :Food: 5/5
I had taken my neice for a treat at shakeaway, i ordered a malteaser and i saw the lady serving write the wrong chocolate down. I corrected her but i ordered malteaser and they had started to make snickers, luckly i saw it and corrected it. But what if she had a nut allergy, and the lady serving red head with glasses just brushed it of as there coudnt have been serious consiquences. Overall not happy with the service given
Waited like 15 minutes for my drink which they made me pay for then said they couldn't make it so I had to change my order then when I get it it has no flavour what so ever. You'd think a strawberry and raspberry milkshake would taste of strawberries and raspberries but all I got was a mouthful of seeds. Do not reccomend
Terrible customer service. Or should I say service definitely WITHOUT a smile. Charged me for wheatgrass shot then refunded me after ages because apparently they didn’t have any. Almost served us a healthy shake which was supposed to be with yogurt but nearly got served it with ice cream until we had a convo amongst ourselves about it and the employee looked our way, halfway through the order he said how would you like it ice cream or yogurt when on the board quote clearly it states yogurt and not ice cream. The so called “manager” mumbled something when doing the refund. Totally miserable staff no smiles nothing, Understaffed and waited almost an hour to be served with just 2 customers in front of us. How this place is still running is beyond me but defo won’t be going back
Can honestly say was by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. We stood in a queue of say 4 people waited atleast 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and when we were got told to wait again. The member of staff then proceeded to drink her cheap redpoll obviously going on a break. Why not just serve the 4 people in the queue get the orders in then we wait for the actual drink. Shocking walked straight past us and didn't even say a word everyone behind us in the queue clearly did not want to wait any longer and left. So loss of service all because a member of staff couldn't take a break 1 minute later... then who I can only assume was the manager walking round counting stock not even acknowledging the horrendously slow service and another member of staff just filling up products and this poor young guy on the main shake station just very slowly doing what he had to do with no guidance almost 15 minutes later we acknowledged woohoo! No friendly manner no smile was shocking and I used to love shakeaway but I can assure you I would rather do any of the other dessert shops in such a crowded market than come back here again.. I literally walked away gob smacked with how bad it was and the milkshakes weren't even blended properly!
Great milkshake place with very polite staff. They have extremely nice milkshakes and many flavours to experiment with. They are worth every penny. The only problem is waiting times. Many times I've been I've had to wait for a while to be served due to lack the of staff.
