I ALWAYS get the ice cream. The crepe and waffle is overpriced for how small it is, but the ice cream is proper creamy and delicious. The ice cream does melt a little fast but that’s okay, I don’t think they add preservatives or whatever to stop it from melting easily so I can’t complain.
Shakes were almost half full, didn't taste like much of anything, were very small and nothing like they showed on the website. Very disappointing, not worth £6, £1.50 at a push as it just tasted like cold milk. This was a take away order and nothing was labelled so we had to try to guess who's was who's and with zero taste is wasn't very easy, we had to just go on smell.
If shakes were cars this would be going straight to the scrapyard. Ample milk but very little shake. May as well just pour yourself a glass of milk and stick some whipped cream on it.
I bought a bubblegum milkshake and it came with cream. However, whilst drinking the shake, it felt like a small amount of the drink was the milkshake and the bigger amount was double cream. I went back to let them know if this was normal. I spoke to three different staff and two of them didn’t know what to do. The last staff that spoke to me said that’s how it’s supposed to be however it didn’t sit right with me how the cream outweighed the milkshake. I had to keep letting her know this was not normal as I have payed a bit more for this milkshake. But she kept trying to justify herself for the mountain of cream. Bearing in mind it was double cream which had no flavour. In the end, she did eventually give me a small milkshake which then felt like I got my moneys worth. Not happy at all with the customer service and my milkshake.
I went into shake lab with my sister and we got the premier sublime sweetie drink. It looked really nice and we enjoyed it at first. We got to 3/4 of the drink and all we could taste is double cream. It seemed as though they filled most of the cup with double cream which was bizzare so I went back to the shop and explained the situation. The manager eventually came after 2 members of staff called her. After what we mentioned she said the cream was meant to be a mountain full. I had to keep repeating myself and she was still justifying the large amount of cream remaining. I was not happy about this, although she gave us another small drink . Not happy about the customer service and the drink !!!!!
Daddy bought me two to try they hardly tasted of the flavour. It appeared that they were made with iced water blended. They were some of the worst milkshakes I’ve had for the money.
Probably overpriced for what it is but when you know what you want you know what you want would go again
Slowest service known to mankind!! I've waited over 20 minutes for a crepe. The customer who came before me was still waiting. The person who brought me crepe got stone face but the woman at till was nice and smiley. I wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone because it takes too long to make one crepe.
I had the curly Wurley but there are lots of variety and combinations you can choose from. Nice thick ice cream shake and they do waffles and ice cream to go too. Was spoilt for choice.
Great Shakes, freshly made and taste delicious, especially with an additional 10% student discount! Staff are great
